All products come with a lifetime warranty. This includes, and is not limited to, the construction of any wooden products, their joinery and materials used.
The warranty does not cover, and is not limited to:
- damage of parts (third party or constructed by us) from misuse.
- accidental / purposeful damage.
- general wear and tear.
Shipping costs incurred in warranty servicing are non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to return a product for a refund, please email us first - email@example.com - detailing your reason for return. Upon receipt of the product, we will check it over, and assuming everything is in the condition it left us, we will issue a refund in line with our Cancellation Policy.
If you would like to return a product for modification or alteration, we'll happily receive it. Let us know what you would like done before shipping, and we'll arrange for the updates. Depending on the circumstances, additional charges may be applied.
We cannot refund any shipping costs for returning the product to us.
You can cancel your order at any time. Please be aware that for a full refund, cancellation must be within 14 calendar days of the purchase / invoice date. Following this date, at the discretion of Alder & Ash Bespoke Custom, a maximum of 50% of any deposit, or 75% of full payment, shall be refunded. This is to protect our livelihood and business, covering expenses incurred during that time.
If you would like to cancel an order after shipping, please refer to the Returns & Refund policy. This is subject to the maximum refunds illustrated.
